In Rio Vista city limits, water/wastewater are handled by the City, trash/recycling by Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery, and electric/gas through Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E).

Being "in town" doesn't always mean within city limits. Your exact address determines which utility district serves you, so verify this first to avoid calling the wrong providers.
Most utilities offer online account management and autopay. Setting this up during initial service activation ensures you won't miss a payment during your busy move-in period.
