Roots as Deep as the Delta
My grandparents grew up in Isleton. My parents were raised in Isleton and Rio Vista, and they still live and work here, both at local family-owned businesses. My husband and I both grew up in Rio Vista, and four generations of my family have graduated from Rio Vista High School.
So when I tell clients I know this community, I mean it literally. These aren't just the neighborhoods where I work. They're where I was raised, where I raised my kids, and where I plan to stay.
Real estate is my full-time profession. I'm a REALTOR® with McGahey Real Estate (DRE# 01428614) at 303 Main Street in Rio Vista, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. That includes waterfront homes, but also traditional neighborhoods, rural parcels, and everything in between.

I don't like being pressured either. My job is to give you honest information, answer your questions straight, and step back while you decide. If you need six months or six years to feel confident, I'll still be here.
Local Knowledge That Goes Deep
I live and work in this community. When something changes in the local market, or a property has a quirk worth knowing about, I've usually already seen it. You can't replicate that without being immersed in this specific market.
No Surprises at Closing
Water rights, levee responsibilities, flood insurance, dock permits, and waterfront HOA rules are part of buying in the Delta. I raise them early, and I've helped buyers with everything from float-home financing to commercial dock permit transfers.
